Up to 2 pets per home are welcomed in our community. However there are breed restrictions. Contact us for more information on this.
The school district is Elk Grove School District.
Homes start at $120,000. Approximately 3-6 months.
Trash pick up and water & sewer are included. Other utilities must be paid by the resident and are based on usage.
Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. We are not open on Saturdays.
